Warranty

Product Conditions

Please note that Electrolux has conducted prior functional testing on all Washer, Dishwasher and Condenser Dryer, as a result, possible minimal water residue may remain inside the appliances.

Condition Of Warranty

Warranty is against manufacturing defects for 6months from the date of purchase.

  • Motor – 6 months warranty
  • Parts example Cover, Button, Housing and External Parts - Without Warranty
     Any defect shall be rectified subject to the Terms and Conditions as follow:
  • Transport and handling charges both ways shall be borne by the owner and the company will not be liable or responsible for inadequate or unsuitable packing leading to damage or whatsoever caused whilst the product is returned for servicing or repair.
  • Proof of warranty should be accompanied together with the written record of the defect of the product.

 Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Abuse, negligence, misuse and/ or tampering of the product by any unauthorized person.
  • Fire, flood, lightning, improper voltage supply and any other acts of god.
  • Usage not in accordance with operation / instruction manual.
  • Any unauthorized repair is carried out.
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts and accessories.
  • Warranty does not entitle for exchange of new set.

TDK

Delivery coverage and warranty Terms & Conditions:


1. All TDK Products are available for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.

2. Warranty is against manufacturing defects for 1 month from the date of purchase.

3. If run out of stock, seller reserves the right to replace it with similar product at equivalent value.

4. Transport and handling charges both ways shall be borne by customer; i.e. need to bear the shipping charges and courier back the defective unit with full packaging to our service centre. Owner will send back the new unit within 7 working days after proof for the claim unit.

5. Proof of warranty (invoice of the purchase) should be accompanied together with the defect of the product courier back to our service centre.

6. No extended warranty.

7. Warranty is not covered if the product is abused, misused or tampering of the product by any unauthorized person

8. Functioning units are Non-exchangeable, Non-returnable and non-refundable.

Delivery coverage and warranty Terms & Conditions:


1. All SONY Products are available for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.

2. Warranty is against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

3. The item will be repaired or replaced depends on defect condition. For replacement cases, seller reserves the right to replace it with similar product at equivalent current market value / similar features.

4. Transport and handling charges both ways shall be borne by customer; i.e. need to bear the shipping charges and courier back the defective unit with full packaging to our service centre. Owner will send back the new unit within 14 working days after proof for the claim unit.

5. Proof of warranty (invoice of the purchase) should be accompanied together with the defect of the product courier back to our service centre.
