What are graded goods?
Graded goods are products with aesthetic imperfections in perfect working condition. Some items are in its original packaging while some are re-packed in non-branded boxes or cling-wrapped.
Graded goods can be current or previous models and it is categorised as graded when it is returned due to damaged boxes; minor imperfections, display or showroom units.
Most items come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty with the option for an extended warranty.

What happens after I have completed payment online successfully?
After you’ve placed an order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order, followed by Payment confirmation and Invoice emails as proof of your purchase. If you have any queries regarding your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does adding an item to my Cart mean that I've already booked it?
Item(s) in your Cart are not considered as booked or confirmed as these items can be removed or added to your preference.
Note: Item(s) in the Cart may be out of stock within the time frame that the item is in the Cart.
How do I know if my Order has been confirmed?
Here are a few ways for you to check whether your Order has been confirmed:
E-mail: You will receive an Order confirmation at your registered email, once your Order has been confirmed.
Payment Success’ notification: ‘Payment Success’ icon appears at the Order Received page once your Order has been confirmed.
My Orders page: You will see a ‘Paid’ status for your order at the My Orders page as a confirmation for your Order.
How long is the delivery?
The delivery lead time is between 5 to 10 working days. Our delivery personnel will contact you before the delivery arrangement.
Delivery area of coverage
Do take note on information about the delivery coverage area stated for each product. At present moment, delivery for Electrolux Graded Goods are only available in Klang Valley and Melaka; other brands are available in Peninsular Malaysia.
Can I do self-collection?
This is not possible; as our manufacturer is using a third party warehouse and security and operation protocol do not permit it.
Do I have to be home to receive the goods?
Yes. All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them. If you are unable to receive the delivery in person, or if you have not received them within the delivery lead time, please inform us at email@example.com.
Can I change the delivery date?
Yes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall respond to you as soon as possible. Kindly inform us at least two (2) working days before initial delivery date.
Can I consolidate my items into ONE delivery?
Yes and No; as each brand/company has its own transporter.
Yes, if all items purchased are from the same brand/company.
No, if the items are from a mixture of different brands/companies. However, be rest assured we offer cost effective delivery.

What if the item received is wrongly delivered or DOA (dead on delivery)?
If an incorrect item is delivered or DOA, kindly contact us at email@example.com.
Can I see or inspect the items before I make the purchase?
That will not be possible and that’s our team’s major role; we inspect and photograph each item and state the condition of the item under the Remarks section. Please refer to our remarks and photographs at our site.
Can I buy more than one unit of the same Graded goods?
Yes and No.
Yes, if the graded item is not serial number specific.
No, if the graded item is serial number specific since every unit is unique with different conditions. If you would like to purchase another unit of the same model, please choose a different listing.
Why can't I check out when I choose more than one unit (serial number specific item) from the quantity column?
That is because there is only one unit for such an item. . If you would like to purchase another unit of the same model, please choose a different listing.
Why can't some models be found on the web anymore?
As some of our graded goods are of older models; hence the high discounts are offered by the manufacturers.
Return/Refunds and Warranty
What is ZOOP’s return/refund policy?
We, at ZOOP practise No Return No Refund policy with the exception of if item received is wrongly delivered or DOA. Upon delivery, kindly check the serial number (serial number specific items) and the conditions of the item as per our Remarks.
