Delivery Policy

General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be prompted at check-out. However, in very rare occasion, items may be out of stock after payment has been done.  In this case, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to selected location depending on brands or product categories.
Currently, we are not able to accept orders from international customers where shipping addresses are outside of Malaysia.

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery time is an estimate and commence from the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5 – 10 working days from the date of your order. Working day means Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on the dimensions and distance. Your delivery charges will be shown to you at checkout before you proceed to payment.

Delivery Information
ZOOP will not be responsible for delay during the delivery and causes of delay as well as delivery unable to arrive due to wrong information given by buyer. Additional delivery charges incurred for subsequent attempts will be borne by the buyer.
